We are a small, home based operation in beautiful, sunny North Carolina. We've been handling hub caps and center caps professionally since 2004, and have the knowledge base and skills to supply your hub cap and center cap needs quickly and efficiently. We sell used and refurbished OEM hub caps and center caps, and custom wheel center caps. Our refurbished hubcaps are completely sanded down to remove all scratches and loose paint, then painted with professional grade automotive enamel paint. It's really hard to tell them from brand new caps, actually. This is not a side line or hobby business. We are in the trenches everyday, cleaning, painting, posting product, and answering questions. Currently we only accept paypal, but fortunately paypal will accept all major credit cards without requiring a paypal account. All items are listed as "buy it now," and payment is due at time of purchase. We cannot take cash on pickup or checks, please don't ask. You are perfectly welcome to pick up your purchase if you'd prefer, but payment must be made through paypal before you arrive.

We ship Monday through Friday. We allow a 1 day handling time just for safety, but about half of our orders ship the same day. Hubcaps travel USPS Priority mail,(2-3 days) center caps go First Class (2-5 days) All of our shipments are carefully packed with plenty of paper to ensure a safe delivery.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  We guarantee all of our produts are eactly as they are presented, actual original equipment hubcaps and center caps.  Products are further guaranteed to function properly, and remain attached to the wheel under normal driving conditions.  The paint on our refurbished hubcaps is guaranteed to last as long as you own your car.  We will respond quickly and positively to any concern or complaint you might have.

We are always happy to take a return. Everybody makes mistakes. If it was our error, we are happy to pay the return freight, along with a full refund. If the error was yours, we hope you'll pick up the return freight, and freight to replace the incorrect item, if necessary. But we won't argue with you. We always issue a full refund upon receipt of item. If you need to start a return, please contact us with your concerns. 99 times out of 100 we can fix the problem with a replacement or partial refund, without having to involve the ebay return robots.
