They are new, not used and only taken out of any box or bag for picture purposes. Not all things come sealed or with a box as it came as a sample size not full size. Also note, this is a mix of Ipsy and Sephora items. Ipsy bags generally cost /month but they increased it to /month.

Items that look they were tested or used first then "broken" will not receive a refund for damage. Due to sanitary reasons cosmetic items of any kind are not returnable.
